Add a Calendar filter to the BidGrid

Add a Calendar filter to the BidGrid where pilots can block days to be displayed on the table. This calendar would come up when a pilot chose to look at the table. Just like the table can filter what is seen, selecting a city pairing for a region he can now limit what a seen by blocking the day of the month.
