Add the Upcoming Bid Month data to BidGrid.

Currently BidGrid lets you input a practice bid and it uses past historical data to see if you can hold the pairings you are bidding for. With this update, you will be able to apply historic bidding results to the upcoming months data to see how many of the upcoming months pairing you can hold.
