Add a Calendar filter to the BidGrid where pilots can block days to be displayed on the table. This calendar would come up when a pilot chose to look at the table. Just like the table can filter what is seen, selecting a city pairing for a region he can now limit what a seen by b

Add formatting to BidGrid that indicates when pairing demand exceeds supply. The demand will be measured by the historic number of pilots awarded something who were senior to the bidder and the number of pairings available in the upcoming bid month.

This would allow the user to choose what he wanted to do with a checked pairing. The user could: print the checked table, print the checked pairing specifics, or do math on total credit.

The ability to print those saved BidGrid bids in such a way that a pilot can use the print out to input his PBS Bid.
