Bidding allow double-ups can be a hit or miss proposition. Unfortunately the PBS manual does not give much insight as it pertains to a successful double-up bid. The best thing the bidder can do is make sure they bid pairings that fit together in their first layer. Our new tool will be the most sophisticated double-up finder available.
